As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at rilebyil@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a free reprint or refund depending on the situation.
Wrong size We encourage all customers to consult the size guide on each product page before ordering. As products are printed on demand, size exchanges are not possible.
Lost or missing orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins.
